Joey
This evening we took Joey to the emergency vet. The Dr. determined his bladder was blocked. Estimates for the vet bill were $600.00 or more. If we had the money, I would have gladly spent it on him. Sadly we just didn't have it...he was in a lot of pain...so I decided to put him to sleep. I feel so sad. But I am also relieved that he is no longer in pain. He has had several bouts of urinary problems.
He was such a sweet boy. He was always with me when I was outside. We would sit on the glider and he always had to have some part of his body touching me. He will be missed for a very long time.

I came upon this post and it brought tears to my eyes. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is.
