December Photo Project-Day 23, 2011

I know...not very Christmasy. But it was the only picture I took today. This poor little guy was about to be a snack for one of our cats. Just a tiny baby Camel Cricket. They grow to be huge and quite creepy looking. I released him into the great outdoors. Merry Christmas!

Glitter, pearls, glue. Our First Annual Homemade Ornament Event! What a mouthful...lol.
It was fun. But I have a confession...I HATE glitter. I LOVED watching my girls sprinkling it on everything!

Dakota's design....my favorite ornament. Love it.

A little tradition my husband and I began several years ago, is to make a Date Night and pick out an ornament for each other. This is the ornament I chose for him. He is a guitar enthusiast.

This is the ornament he chose for me. I love it. I love our little tradition.

December Photo Project-Day 5, 2011

This is my little Christmas Organizer. It is divided by year. Within each year are several sections. Christmas Cards Sent, Cards Received, Gifts Given, Gifts Received. A section for ideas for next Christmas. It doesn't feel like Christmas until I remove this little gem from its shelf.

December Photo Project-Day 1, 2011

Today is the first day of The December Photo Project. Can't wait to post my first picture.

This is one of my favorite Christmas items. My now 21 year old daughter got it in Sunday school when she was 6 years old. I still read the stories and copy the activities for my 5 & 7 year old girls.
