Make Your Home A Haven~10-3-10

I am joining Monica at http://thehomespunheart.blogspot.com/2010/10/blog-post.html this week as she discusses how to make our home a haven. ( I feel so lame that I don't know how to link to her by using her beautiful button. Sorry. )

My plan for Monday. Up and dressed at 6am. Girls up and dressed.

Refresh my spirit. I will begin my day with Him. This is something I try to do everyday. Sadly, I have been neglecting Him as of late. I will be studying Psalm 107 along with Monica. Time spent in prayer. Reading our Family Devotion with my girls.

I also think that I will take the girls on a little walk to enjoy God's beauty. When we return home I will make Cinnamon Rolls and Hot Chocolate.

My Morning Routine. While the girls are playing, after breakfast,
*Feed cats
*Wash breakfast dishes
*Strip beds and start laundry.
*Set up for school.
*Check e-mail.
*Devotion with Hubby
*Homeschool starts at 9:30am.

I need or want to accomplish today:
*Avon order placed by Noon.
*Tend to a few items of mail.
*Get Fall decorations out of storage and put up.

Project of the day.
*Get my to do list finished.
*Finish an embroidery project.

What's for dinner?
*Ranch Chicken Wraps
*Corn
*Apple slices/Caramel dip

That is my plan to make my home a haven. How about you?
